This policy explains how AA Innovation Group LLC ("we") handles consumer health data in Veluma, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in other states. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data we collect
- Cycle and fertility data you enter in cycle tracking: period start dates, cycle length, and the cycle phase and fertility-window estimates the App calculates from them.
- Sexual and intimacy preferences you give in the Heat Map and the Fantasy Vault.
Where it comes from
Only from you, through the App. We do not buy it or obtain it from anyone else.
Why we use it
Only to provide those features to you and your paired partner: showing your cycle status and timing nudges, matching your Heat Map with your partner's, and revealing mutual Fantasy Vault matches. We do not use it for advertising, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
- Your paired partner, inside Veluma, with your separate consent to share.
- Our service providers that store and process it for us under contract: Google (Firebase, as our database and hosting provider). Fantasy Vault picks are end-to-end encrypted, so even our providers and we cannot read them.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
Your consent and your rights
- We ask for your consent to collect this data, and separately to share it with your partner, before you use these features. You can say no and keep using the rest of Veluma.
- You can withdraw consent anytime in the App: Profile → Health data consent. You can choose to delete this data at the same time.
- You can access it, ask which third parties received it, and delete it by emailing privacy@velumaloveapp.com or deleting your account (delete account). We respond within 45 days.
- If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our answer; if the appeal is denied you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
